Viewfinders
If you have ever gone outside sketching or painting you will know that one of the hardest things is choosing what to draw. You are faced with such a range of subjects and vast panoramas and landscapes, and it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.
These viewfinders help to solve the problem, and also help to compose the perfect painting.
Using a multi-format viewfinder
This viewfinder can be folded in several ways to create a square format as shown here, or a wide format or a 'normal' rectangular format. Different pictures can be created by folding the flaps in different ways and looking at the same view.

No viewfinder? Then use your hands!
If you have forgotten to take your viewfinder with you, then don't panic. Just crop the scene in front of you with your hands.
